How long will my personalised order take to deliver?
As soon as we receive your order, our team will aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days.
Please note personalised items will take a little longer to deliver while we make sure they’re perfect for you, so bear this in mind when placing an order where non-personalised items are included.
What are the delivery charges?
UK Standard Personalised Delivery - 7-10 working days Delivery at £3.99 per order.
Any orders shipped outside the UK will be provided with a shipping quote at the checkout.
What happens if I need to change my order?
We try to process our orders in the quickest possible time so it’s unlikely we will be able to assist you with an addition to your order once it’s been made. Please make sure you check out you review your order before you checkout.
Can I return a personalised product?
We hope that you will be delighted with all the good you receive. Unfortunately, items that have been personalised cannot be returned for a refund.
If you have an order with a combination of non-personalised and personalised items, we will refund you for the standard items only.
I do not live in the United Kingdom. Can I still order personalised products?
Yes, you can.

Please note, we retain the right to refuse your order if we find it to be inappropriate or of an offensive nature.
